Whow… what a freaking good presentation from the World Greatest Salesman, Joe Girard at the National Congress Achiever Singapore.

Indeed, i have learned a lot from him and will apply what he has taught to my internet marketing business.

First and foremost, i have learned that to be the Greatest salesman, you need to be the Greatest showman.  Joe Girard never said that… i know it from my observation of his presentation on stage. 

He will do anything to capture the attention of his audiences and there are never a boring time with him.  He did what other speaker do not dare or will NOT do on stage.  One example is when he climb the ladder on stage to demonstrate his greatest philosoply in life and in sales.

I have just visited Adam Khoo web site and are fire up with his latest post on “Don’t like to sell?  You will never be rich!”

Adam is spot on!  Everything in life is a sales transaction.  That’s where money flow.  Once you stop that transaction, cashflow stop and moneys are just mere useless paper.

Sometime, you can hear salesman dragging himself back to office claiming that today is a bad day.. that there are no sales call.

I can only tell you that this salesman is just not proficient in his job, period.

There are no such thing as ‘NO sales call’.  A sales is made on every call you made.  Either you sell your client some stock, or he sells you on a reason he can’t buy from you.  Either way, a sales is made.

It’s just a matter of whether you are in the winning or losing sales position, that’s all.

Selling is *freaking* important to your success.  Nothing happen to your cashflow every month until a sales take place.

If you are an employee who correct a standard pay check every month,  do you still need to sell? 

The answer is a resounding YES!  You sell to your employer to keep you in the job every month so that you are paid at the end of the month.  Once you lost out in your sales proposition, your employer will sent you to the exit door and your monthly cashflow will come to an abrupt STOP.

Got it?  Even when you landed on that job, you have actually sold your employer during the interview that you can add value to their bottonline.

By the way, do you know what a job mean?  It simply mean Just Over Broke!

To be rich and successful in life, we simply must continue to SELL, SELL, SELL and SELL. Period.  

And i love to sell and close the deal as i know in all sincerity that i am exchanging value with money, enriching people life in the process and at the same time, grow rich! Not just think and grow rich…. but grow rich by puting what i have learned into ACTION.

Here’s a report from MSN news that capture my attention today: 

“China’s online population has become the largest in the world after it reached 221 million in February, outnumbering Internet users in the United States, state media reported on Thursday.

The figure was reported by Xinhua news agency, quoting the Ministry of Information Industry, but AFP was not able to independently confirm the data.

It represents a marked increase from the end of 2007, when the number of online users stood at 210 million,  just five million less than the US,  according to figures released by the China Internet Network Information Centre.

BDA China, a Beijing-based research firm, last month also said China had overtaken the US in the number of web surfers, and was expected to have 280 million Internet users by the end of the year. Read more »

Matt Bacak hands in the $30,124.74 to Habitat.

If you look at it from charity angle,  it seen like a fantastic act.

However if you look at it from marketing angle, Matt has mananged to pull in 30,124 subscribers to his database.  Thus, he has another 30,124 person he can bombard with his marketing messages in the future. 

Additionally, he is creating F-R-E-E advertising as reporters and media will be reporting on his charitable act.  This help him to raise the ‘Matt Bacak’ awareness around the world for Free!

Well, i am not too sure if what he is doing is intentional or it is really act out of a good heart.  Either way, he wins BIG time from this campaign.

If it is acted intentional, then this is call the ‘Greatest Marketing Gimmick’.  However, if it is acted unintentional, then this is call the ‘Greatest Charitable Heart’.  Only Matt himself know the answer to this question.

Having attended Matt’s seminars a few times, my gut feel is that this man is real and act out of a good heart.  He has the ‘Greatest Charitable Heart’ indeed!

This is one of the most meaningful quote i have ever read.

When things don’t move in the way we want it, we blame others.

When some things go terribly wrong, we look for someone to blame.

When our internet marketing business ain’t getting us the desirable income we want, we choose to blame it on our spouse, our dog, lack of time … the list goes on and on and on…

When can we stop that ‘Adam & Eve’ finger pointing syndrome and start to look inside us when things go wrong?

Could it be something that we have not done right that cause our failure and frustration? 

Most of time, when we look deep inside us, we can often find the answer to our failure and frustration.   All we have to is do is to take responsiblity of the situation, learn from it and move on in life.

Happiness is a choice we can choose and is independent of our current situation or circumstance.  If we choose happiness more often than sadness, then it will become habitual and we will find ourselves more happy than ever regardless of anything that happen around us.

Ewen Chia’s has just launched his latest product ‘Work From Home And Get Rich With Your Own Internet Business!” He has screamed a powerful promise at the sales page where he claim that everyone can replace their income in 30 days or less and convert to a convenient work-from-home lifestyle.

Is this true or hype?

True if you know how to do it.  Ewen has done it.  Jo Han Mok has done it.  Jeff Paul has done it.  And the list goes on….

However, they are other internet marketers who have failed to make a decent income online, let alone quiting their job and work from home.

Why is this so?  What is the difference between them? 

Those that live the ‘live-from-home’ lifestyle know how to market online.  They are focus and know what to do to make the most money online. That make the difference between success and failure. It is not that they are smarter than the rest, but they have learned to be freaking good marketer.

The powerful promoter has done it again! 

He is offering $1 for his $5,500 seminars.  What is the reason? 

Matt Bacak deploys his ‘reason why’ marketing again.  He claims that one of his students has ripped him off by using his $5,500 seminar material to teach other without even changing the name.  Is that true?  Well, if this statement came form an internet marketer, i have my doubt.

From Matt Bacak point of view, he has nothing to loose but everything to gain.  Why?  He is paying $1 for every lead.  For every $1 that you pay, he will put in another $1 to make a donation.  So for each $1 purchase, he is donating $2.  That’s why he is losing $1 for each lead.  Is this a lost? This is a lesson that i have learned from marketing guru Jay Abraham which i would like to share with you and i do think it will shed some light for you in conducting your business (online or offline) for better profit.  Jay Abraham has show me a different way of looking at thing to increase the business profit other than spending money on advertising.  He coined the strategy as ‘Asset Marketing’.

Here’s the thing.  How’s often have we work on the wrong part of our business? 

It’s no wonder we find ourselves and our staffs working harder and harder with hardly any significance result.

Let’s face it! Whether in business or online business, dollars and cents matter the most.  The only reason for our binsiness to exist is that we want to make profits, period.

 What do most businessman do when they want to expand on their business?  Yes, they simply spent more money advertising, hopefully, the effort will result in more customers.  Let’s NOT fonder with HOPE marketing.  Let’s focus on precision marketing.

What we want is ‘laser focus’ marketing strategies that give us the maximum result with minimal effort and money spent.

How can we do that?  Just do an overhaul of your business internal.  Do you get it?  Yes, just do an overhaul of your business internal.

Can you increase the conversion rate of your sales force?  Maybe you can script out some selling proposition that your sales person can use when they meet with their customers. Or if you doing an online business, then maybe you can learn how to write better sales copy. Read more »

I have just received an email from Jo Han Mok.

Has Jo Han Mok gone mad?

In the email, he is preempting me that there is a $1 offer that he will be sending out in a separate email few hours later.

For just $1,  i will receive the recording of a $5,500 seminar.  On top of that, Jo Han will be giving away a $39 newly release “Backdoor Traffic Secrets” system.

This irresistable offer really trigger my greed gland.  I am waiting eagerly for the next email where i make the special $1 purchase.

 At this point, i am thinking.. what is this top marketer doing?

Here’s the possible reasons that i can think of:

1. Jo Han has been challenged by someone that he can persuade EVERYONE in his list to make a purchase.
2. Or the $1 offer will come with a on- time-offer of a backend product, probably a something irresistable.
3. The $1 is a one month trial to a continuity program eg. membership site. This way, he will be collecting residual income for many years to come. 
4. Jo Han has gone crazy, which i don’t think so.

As Jo Han is a freaking good marketer, i believe point 3 will be the likely reason for this $1 offer.   Let’s see…..
