Harv Eker’s Millionaire Mind Intensive


The 3 days The Millionaire Mind Intensive has just ended.

However, i did not manage to sit through the whole 3 days as my dad is hospitalized on Saturday Morning at 2:30am.  I have to rush him to the Accident & Emergency section of the hospital and stayed with him until 5am.  The whole sunday is spent at the hospital, together with my family.

 Sigh!  Life is so fragile as i see it.  People come and go just like a breeze.  That’s why we MUST do our best to create wealth, help and bless others and make every moment a memorable and lovable time.

Well.. now let me share with you what i have learned from Harv that has impacted me and i am determine to make changes in my life to make the world a better place for you and me.

Oh yes, this is what i am going to do.  I am declaring that from now onward, i am destined to be a multi multi multi millionaire.  I am helpful and add value to other people life.  I deserve to be rich and wealthy.   And i will good looking, attractive, popular and charismatic.  Most importantly, i am healthy and have fantastic relationship with my family.  Oh.. this is important…  i will married to a beautiful and loving girl soon.  :-)

Yes, i speak all this good things into my life and i will live into it and all this things will come through in my life.  Thank Harv and Thank God for your providence.  Amen.

How To Write Sizzling Headline?


The objective of an headline is to capture the attention of your readers, to get them to stop whatever they are doing and start to read your salesletter.

There are alot of strategies that CAN be use to create an headline that do just that and we are going to discuss some in this post.

Understand this fact: “Almost more than 85% of your readers will not read your salesletter if your salesletter’s headline does not captivate them and get their attention.  Whow… imagine how much sales have you just lost as a result of not putting up an attention pulling headline.  That’s why it pay to work on your headline even before you start writing your salesletter.

Strategy #1

The Power of unfinished thought…

Yes, people are generally curious about things.  If you write a headline that get your readers intrigued by your story but it did not complete the story… this will trigger the curiousity in them to contiue to read the rest of your salesletter.

Here is one headline that i can think of quickly that use this strategy.

“60 Percent Of Man Practice This One Weird Thing When They Are In The Toilet.  Read On To Find Out…”

Strategy #2

Sell The Benefit

People will read your salesletter if the headline satisfied their YIIFM requirement.  YIIFM stand for ‘What Is It In For Me’.

Let’s face it, people are generally selfish.  They are always and constantly looking at things that can better their life, improve their lifestyle and increase their pleasure.  If your headline can trigger the YIIFM interest in your readers, then they will read your salesletter.

Here’s one headline that i can pull up quickly that use this strategy.

“Discover How You Can Lower Your Golf Handicap By Half In Just Under 10 Days, Guaranteed! Read On To Find Out More..”

Xia Xue & Mohammad Ali Understand Lifestyle Marketing


One of the popular blogger who make good money in Singapore is a girl by the name called xia xue.

 She is particularly good at creating juicy and entertaining lifestyle content for her web visitors.  And most of the time, they are controversy material.

Here is one of the video where Xia Xue ( a girl ) is demonstrating a kissing technique with another of her girl friend.  This video as posted in google video has created many hot discussion on the internet and the Singapore Media.  Though some may not agree with what she is doing, but from the marketing point of view, she is generating HUGE publicity for herself and her website with minimal or no advertising dollars.

As an internet marketer, we need to learn how to promote ourselves and our products.  Just like what Muhammad Ali has done when he was boxing in the ring many decade ago.  He is one of the most popular boxer of ALL time because of his willingness to stir up the public and media interest in him by creating controversy and debatable topics after each of his fight.

 As i have said, internet marketers need to learn to promote themselves, their websites and products/services.  What’s better way to learn this essential marketing skill than from Xia Xue and Mohammad Ali?

Notice that Xia Xue and Mohammad Ali are both very good at promoting their lifestyle? They make the world attracted to them like a leech… following them and their stories whenever they go. And the world want MORE of their stories. This is lifestyle marketing at the BEST. (Disclaimer: Though i do not agree with Xia Xue way of promoting by kissing a woman of the same sex, i do appreciate her courage to create very contraversy material just to boost her marekting )

The Power Of Direct Influence


Recently, i have noticed a way to command influence on your customer.

This little discovery is amazing…

Let’s me pull the rabbit out of my hat and share with you this little discovery of mine.

The story goes like this…

I walk into a groceries store and find a plumb looking man scolding a young lady.  The lady looks down on the floor and accept every scolding that is thrown to her.  Later, she bend over and pick up a pile of groceries and went over to the cashier counter to make payment.

I am curious and i decided to poke further into the story.  Upon further investigation, i am shocked to discover that the young lady is actually a customer of that plumb man (who is the business owner of that shop).

My goodness! How can a business owner be so rude to his customer and yet she remained so loyal to him and willingly pay him more money?  Isn’t that insane?

Moving ahead to find out more, i discovered the hard truth.

Finally, now i understand why the young woman is so patriotic  to that fat business man.  The young woman is an affiliate for his business.  She is actually making good affiliate income from promoting his products. Now i know why she can withstand the harsh scolding and yet continue to buy stuffs from him.  She want her affiliate income!

Thinking ahead, i start to realize that if we can turn our customers to be our business partners or affiliates, we can then have direct influence over them.  They will be loyal and faithful customer of our business as they are making good affiliate income form the same products that they buy.   They will not switch for another product or service.

What if you focus more on converting every of your customer to be your business partner?  And you create a system for them to leverage on and make good affiliate income from promoting your product…  Will they not stay with you and your business for life, consume your product for life and never consider using another of your competitor product?

And even when you turn nasty… they will still stay with you.. Hmmm… this is a marketing idea with a little twist…

Asia Internet Congress


I have just finished attending the three days Asia Internet Congress at Suntec City today.

There are many speakers at the event but the one who impressed me the most is my mentor and friend Jo Han Mok.

He shared with us that MANY internet marketers failed in their business as the result of  one single thing:  They work in the business instead of on the business.

Picture this for a typical internet marketing project that you are doing…

YOU create the product… even if you get PLR product, you also need to edit it.

YOU write the sales copy…

YOU create the affiliate tools…

YOU fix up the payment system…

YOU write articles and submit it to many article directories site to sent traffic to the site…

YOU create video to submit to video directories site….

YOU…

YOU…

YOU…

Everything revolved around the one and only ‘YOU’.  No wonder there are so much hard work and little result to show for.  There are no leverage.  As an internet marketer, we are always looking for leverage to make life simpler and more productive for us and our business.

The next time you go to the MC Donald, take a look at the staffs there.  The uncle who is sweeping the floor, the young teenage boy who is clearing the table and the nice and courteous teenage girl standing behind the counter asking for your order.  Together they are working in a business system that bring in million of sales revenue to MC Donald.

Just think about it… they are just ordinary people who is working in a well designed MC Donald system.  This system is so well engineered that even ordinary people CAN follow and create a million dollars empire.

Now, what happen to Ray Kroc, the founder and creator of the MC Donald Franchise system?  He is happily doing what he love and thousands of MC Donald world wide are serving him with a BIG fat residual income, every second.

All he need to do is to work on the Franchise system in the very beginning and after that, he do not need to do anything to enjoy a ever expanding empire, FOREVER.  No selling, no networking, NOTHING… and yes, FOREVER.

Can we learn a lesson from MC Donald and use it in our internet marketing business?
