I have spent the last five days serving as a crew at T. Harv Eker Train The Trainer seminar.

Not only have i benefit from learning from the Great T.Harv Eker, i have also experience first time the logistic works behind the scene for such a major event.

One particular lesson from T.Harv Eker that capture my attention is when he told us to “Speak For Free”. Yes, to speak for free on other people seminar/workshop so that you can channel their specators/audiences to your very own seminar.

Below is the exact writing of T Harv Eker on the flickchart when he explained to us the importance of ‘speaking for free’ as a zero marketing weapon that all of us can use immediately to boost our training income.

  
In internet marketing terminology, it is similar to writing article and posting them at ezine publishing website. When the readers click on the hyperlink at the resource section of our article, they will be directed to our name squeeze page.

In other word, we are ‘stealing’ leads from other people platform. Nonetheless, what we have done is perfectly legal and ethical.

Is It The Bad Economy or You?

In Dan Kennedy last Success Marketing Strategy email, he brought up
the question:  Should You Be Embarrassed?

Today, i received another email from Dan and he pose another 
intriguing question most business man will get it wrong.

 Here’s Dan’s story:
 
“How Thankful We Should Be For This ‘Bad Economy’
 
I just returned from a lunch meeting. I had to wait 15
minutes for a table at Applebees. Directly across the
street, at 2:00 PM on a Tuesday, the Kohls Department
Store parking lot was filled with cars, SUV’s and
minivans. The Cleveland Indians had a sold out opening day
this year– on a rainy weekday.

All the carping about high gas prices – gee, did you
notice you’ve got THREE cars in your driveway?  Did ANY of
those gas-guzzling complainer transporters NEED to be in
Kohls’ parking lot?  I’m in a mid-week, mid-day traffic
jam trying to get home, in a small Ohio town. Note; Ohio –
the state that John Kerry wanted you to believe is totally
populated with unemployed steel workers, clustered around
their fireplaces, eating beans from cans.

Just recently, I had three different business owners
excuse their failings with ‘the bad economy.’

Nuts.

And don’t you permit this b.s. to even tinge your
thinking, for even a millisecond. If anybody tries telling
you the economy’s bad, punch ‘em in the nose.

Business is good. Very, very, very good.  If yours isn’t,
you won’t find the reason why in the 24/7 political
talking heads’ statistics mangling. 

All around me, I see people making 6-figure incomes who,
quite frankly, wouldn’t last a week in a truly tough
economy.  They are lazy, sloppy, wasteful, undisciplined
and otherwise dysfunctional and still making tons of
money. (Most of present company excluded; a lot of my
Members are head and shoulders above the crowd.)

As a society, we are incredibly spoiled.  You and I need
to be careful about that.

Now, here’s where you are making a huge mistake…..

 The lesson to learn from Dan message is: “Are you spoiled and can only survive in Good Economy BUT tumble in Bad Economy?”

 Worst still, did you “Blame your failure on the Bad Economy?”

 I strongly believe that in good economy or in bad economy,  there are abundant opportunities out there in the world for us to tap on and make money from it.

Our success has nothing to do with the Economy.  In fact, our success is highly dependent on the person inside each of us.  Are we in tune for SUCCESS? 

If the person inside us is not gear for SUCCESS, SUCCESS will not come, no matter the circumstances.  The greatest obstacle to our suceess is hence, ourself.
