The Leader Who Had No Title By Robin Sharma
I have just finished reading Robin Sharma book on ‘The Leader Who Had No Title’.
It’s an absolutely amazing book.
Robin Sharma has unveiled what’s missing in our society, corporation, nation or even our home.
In turbulent and uncertain time like this, no one is sure where the economy and the world is heading. However, Robin has shown the missing link that can possibly be THE only answer to our failures at home, in our society, corporation and our nation as a whole.
The four principles that he shared in his book truly address the issues that we are facing now. It cut through all noise and clutter and show us boldly why we should lead without a title.
Here are some of my sharing of what is important to me after reading the ‘The Leader Who Had No Title’ book.
When we confront our fear and problems, we move closer to rediscovering our potential within us. And the our potential are already in us at birth. All we need to do is to reconnect it and be true to ourselves. Greatness is already in us. Just bring out the potential in us and let it flow! The truth is that we are all winners at birth but conditioned to think we have limitations as we grow in age. How sad can this be?
Nonetheless, leader with no title will not claim victim-hood but take 100% responsibility to bring out the best in himself to solve the problems and buried whatever giants that confronted him. He focused on the solution rather than on the problem and he has clarity of mind to believe in himself and the people around him.
