One Sneaky Little Trick On Copywriting
Quote of the Day: The secret of business, especially these days, is to focus relentlessly on your unfair advantage - the thing you do that others don't.
Today, i would like to share one of what i think is a very sneaky psychological trigger that will increase the bonding between yourself (or should i say your salesletter) and your reader.
As you probably already know, people buy from people whom they are comfortable and like. If you can increase your bonding with them in words, you can most likely ask them to take out their credit card to pay you.
The trick here is to identify with your reader a common enemy.
Who are the common enemy?
Well, in the case of someone who is frustrated with NOT making a dime on the internet after buying all those Big package, ebooks etc, the common enemy could be gurus who sell them the dream.
Or someone who is looking to own an automated online business could be frustrated with not having enough time to spent with the family after working on a 9 to 5 job. In this case, the job could be the common enemy.
As you can see, the common enemy may not necessary be a person. It can be an object or anything that your reader think is the gap that cause them from on getting what they want.
If you articulate it well in your salesletter, this CAN be a potent force that will incrase your sales conversion rate.
Do not underestimate the power of this psychological tactic. This is the same tactic that Hitler used to command the German to start War World 1, identifying the Jews as their common enemy.
I don’t know if you can imagine how much more power you can possess when you acquired more copywriting nuggets from me at http://www.yewhengchiong.com/milliondollarswebcopy.
